![]() Texas Governor and 2012 Republican Presidential candidate Rick Perry is letting it be known that he is interested in running for President again in 2016. Governor Perry has not officially declared his intentions of running but he has been traveling around the country talking about the economic success Texas has under his tenure as Governor. It seems likely that Perry will give it another try at the Presidency in 2016. Two-and-a-half years after his first campaign for the White House flopped, Texas Governor Rick Perry sounds ready for another run at the presidency. “I’m glad I ran in 2012, as frustrating, as painful and as humbling as that experience was,” Perry told a group of national reporters at a Thursday lunch hosted by the Christian Science Monitor. ![]() Suffolk University/Boston Herald Election 2014 New Hampshire Republican Presidential Primary Survey:

Today at a event with socially conservatives Representative Bachmann roused the crowed with a speech against Hillary Clinton. Michele Bachmann stated that Hillary Clinton's record as Secretary of State "should disqualify her from ever being considered for the presidency." There has been a lot of talk about why Hillary Clinton will run for President in 2016, but not a lot about why Hillary Clinton won't run for President in 2016. I think there is an equal chance on whether she will run or not. Hillary Clinton's minions are hard at work assembling a political machine and fine tuning it for another go at the White House. Mrs. Clinton is doing her part preparing for a run as well, churning out a bland memoir about the "hard choices" she faced as secretary of state and coyly positioning herself (again) as the inevitable nominee of the party. But after the troubled beginning to her book tour, we're beginning to see the reasons why Hillary may eventually decide to pull the plug on a 2016 presidential run. Here are five: |
