Mitt Romney went on to say that he does not believe the Lewinsky scandal will be an if Hillary Clinton decides to run for President in 2016. Conservative Sens. Ted Cruz and Rand Paul top the biggest Tea Party presidential poll yet, while moderates New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and former Florida Gov.
