Healthcare Policies are being Canceled because of Obamacare: 2 million people are being dropped from their existing health care plan because of Obamacare: A woman wants to know why she can't just keep her existing health care plan: Virginia GOP Gubernatorial Candidate Ken Cuccinelli Delivers Republican Party Weekly Address10/27/2013 According to kaiserhealthnews.org, Obamacare is causing insurance companies to drop coverage for their customers. Hundreds of thousands of customers are losing their healthcare coverage even though Obama promised in 2008 that if you like your current health care coverage you can keep it. Florida Blue, for example, is terminating about 300,000 policies, about 80 percent of its individual policies in the state. Kaiser Permanente in California has sent notices to 160,000 people – about half of its individual business in the state. Insurer Highmark in Pittsburgh is dropping about 20 percent of its individual market customers, while Independence Blue Cross, the major insurer in Philadelphia, is dropping about 45 percent. Obama's promise from the very start was "if you like your insurance plan you will keep it. No one will be able to take that away from you. It hasn't happened yet. It won't happen in the future." This directly brakes Obama's 2008 campaign promise, that if you like your current health care plan you can keep it. More Democrats announced that they want the Obamacare mandate to be delayed. Senator Kay Hagan (Democrat - North Carolina) and Senator Richard Blumenthal (Democrat - Connecticut) both came out in support of a delay. Hagen is up for reelection in 2014. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (Democrat - New Hampshire) who is also up for reelection n 2014, earlier this week called for delaying the penalties in Obamacare if the Obamacare website is not fixed. 1. "I can't log in." 2. "My info's not right." 3. "The costs are too high." 4. "My employer is raising my premiums because of Obamacare." This is what it would be like if the average person went to the bank and asked if they can raise their debt limit. The debt limit is their for a reason, and yes Mr. President raising the debt limit does mean you're going to increase your debt. Thats why you're increasing the debt limit in the first place.  New York Republicans want Donald Trump to run for governor against current New York governor Andrew Cuomo. New York state Republican Assemblyman Bill Nojay said "if we can convince Trump to run, then he would be a very dynamic candidate." He also stated "I think he would beat Andrew Cuomo because Trump is right on the issues, and Cuomo is talking but he's not doing."  The former Governor of California, former seven year Mr. Olympia champ, and actor Arnold Schwarzenegger is reportedly trying to change the law so he can run for President of the United States in 2016. Currently the United States constitution states only natural born citizens can run for the Presidency. Arnold Schwarzenegger was born in Austria. To change the Constitution you would need an amendment added to the Constitution. The amendment would need to be approved by two thirds majority in the House and the Senate. |
