Today at an event in his home town of Hope, Arkansas, former Governor Mike Huckabee announced his intention to seek the Republican nomination for President. This is Mike Huckabees second Presidential campaign. He ran for President in 2008 and won numerous states including Iowa.
Retired Neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson announced today that he will be a candidate for the 2016 Republican nomination for President. Ben Carson will make an official announcement today in Detroit Michigan. He also posted the following video today on Facebook.

His presidential campaign will mark Carson's first run for office, though he's been a Tea Party hero since 2013 following his blistering attack of Obamacare at the National Prayer Breakfast in front of President Obama.
With some posts on her Twitter and Facebook page, Carly Fiorina officially declares herself a candidate for the Republican nomination for President. Carly Fiorina is the first and likely only female candidate on the GOP side to run for President. Fiorina will be on Good Morning America this morning and will be on Katie Couric this afternoon. She will also hold an online town hall later today.
