Rick Santorum Ends 2016 Presidential Campaign

According to CNN Rick Santorum will end his 2016 Presidential campaign. Rick Santorum is the 3rd Republican candidate to drop out since the Iowa Caucus and the second to drop out today. Rick Santorum won the Iowa Caucus in 2012 however this time around he was not so lucky, Santroum only received 1% of the vote.

After finishing fifth in the Iowa caucus, Rand Paul announced today that he is suspending Presidential campaign. Rand Paul did surprise many by coming in fifth but Rand Paul felt he did not have enough momentum to go into the New Hampshire primary.

Last night when the results were coming in for the Iowa Caucus Mike Huckabee announced that he is suspending his campaign for President. The results were disappointing for his campaign, he received only 2% and came in 9th place.
